No need to amputate at all. The thumb and forefinger are still in good shape. Just straighten out the fingers, put in a few screws and pins, cast it and in a few weeks, it will be almost good as new.

I dunno... might have to lose those last two digits. The damage at d-wrist level suggests heavy damage to the tendons and ligaments.

I do agree that the first two fingers have a high-probability of being saved, but the other two... I just have never heard of a way to save that kind of damage.

Very sad. What happened? Looks lawn-mower-ish. Anyone know?
