Well. Yeah. Roger that. It's almost a cliche except to those who are most susceptable to it to begin with. Sort of the intellectually vacuous equivalent of "Canary's in a Coal Mine". They're still saying "Problem? What Problem?".

Just like Alfred E. Newman. What? Me Worry?

We should've seen it coming. And stopped it. But Greed and Stupidity are two very powerful forces and it's done it's damage now.....

Maybe it can be fixed if the Democrats can stop infighting and avoid letting their better, if idealistic and (comparitively) altruisitc instincts be derailed by Big Corporate PACS.

FIVE STARS.

Here's a good book that has 20/20 vision on this topic:

I highly recommend it.

Watch the YouTube video. It's hysterical. And dead on.

It's at: [www.prwatch.org]

Enjoy!

I like this qoute myself:

"How are nations ruled and led into war? Politicians lie to journalists and then believe those lies when they see them in print."

—Austrian journalist Karl Kraus, explaining the causes of the First World War.

Ann Coulter is a transvestite. And conservatives drool all over him. It's funny. They're all homophobes, yet they're all in love with a gay man.

The democrats will lead us into the end of the world far faster than the republicans ever could. Just pop your popcorn sit back relax and watch.

jgoins is one of those idiot conservatives who still love Bush -- although he has run up the deficit so high that our fucking great grandkids won't even have it paid off. And we're styill in an unwinnable war in Iraq -- a war that is deteriorating into a civil war, and has killed nearly 3,000 American soldiers.

Yeah, those Republicans sure do a great job -- NOT!!!

There has been a deficit under all presidents repubs and dems alike so I don't care about that. I suported the invasion and removal of Saddam. I differ only in what we did after we found him. He shot have been shot on sight and we should have just pulled out and let the Iraqis deal with the aftermath themselves. We should have pulled our troops out of Iraq when Saddam was defeated and then we should have repeated the exorcise in Syria and Iran. Rebuilding the nations we were in war against has always been a mistake. I supported Bush in the invasion of Iraq but not so much in the limited method and the rebuilding areas. I am not afraid Bush will become our dictator like some of you. He will leave office after the next election. I am more than a little worried about what will take his place because of all the cowardice of the American people today we will most likely get a weak pussy for president who will allow us to be attacked again and again and will allow the radical muslims to grow in strength and bring their wanted holy war to us.

Question, jgoins - Just exactly what is Bush doing to (a) stop the US from being attacked again or (b) preventing the radical muslims from growing in strength

The current actions of the US in Iraq, and in Palestine, has only one effect - to further alienate and radicalise muslims. They don't need to carry out attacking actions in the mainland US because there is a vast body of americans available for slaughter a lot closer to home (soldiers in Iraq, in case I lost you along the way).

Unless, of course, you think the current situation is pacifying these guys - if so, perhaps you could shed some light on this.
