zoom in on the Martingale on his horse, it has a star on it. maybe he is a
federal marshal or a Pinkerton?

Duhhhh... I obviously already did that and that is the star I was talking
about, you know, the one on the horse? How could I have seen it without zooming
in? Anyhow he looks pretty official. I bet he's a lawman.
