As a congressional law it is legal enough unless it is repealed or determined
unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Some folks could benefit from some basic
American Government classes.

If you do a little real inspection of how the Fed came to be and why it came to
be, exactly when it did, that alone is sufficient evidence to tell you all you
need to see how corrupts it is, and always was.
Sure congress shirked their responsibilities in allowing the fed to control the
currency from that point forward. Sure it was allowed to do so (although I must
admit to having doubts about it being Constitutionally legal). Irregardless,
just because one can do a thing does not mean it is then an inherently good
thing

I know enough about the Fed and yes, it is a corrupt piece of bullshit. I'm not
saying otherwise. We have to work within the constrains of the American
Government in order to fix the problems with it.

Yep, and working within such confines, look over the folks jockeying for
position as the leader of this country.
Only ONE mentions reigning in and ending the economic death grip the Fed has on
our currency and economy.
Ever wondered why everything you ever hear about that candidate is negative,
even by his own party? No way in hell will the powers that be ever do anything
to support a platform like that.
Obozo and Romnoid are just flip sides of the same ol coin and little wonder they
are the only ones being put forward as possible winners. If they win, so does
the status quo ... and we all loose

There have been some amendments that are crap for sure. So what do we do?
Preaching to the choir does nothing except maybe make you feel in good company
and that counts for some value but it doesn't change anything legally. When the
country is as divided and confused as this one is there is not likely to be much
improvement. No one in the political arena looks much better than any of the
others. They are all full of shit and just another power monger. To me it
doesn't matter what anyone says this or that party stands for. Party time is
over. This shit needs fixing.
