For you American war enthusiasts out there;
More bombs were dropped on Darwin than on Pearl Harbour.
There were another 60 odd air attacks on Australian soil after this one.
What were those wacky Japanese thinking? Going against the whole world for what? They got what they deserved. Thanks to America they got it with a lot less Australian lives lost.

I thank you. I think Americans think of Aussies as our brothers in a way. At least I do. We have a lot in common.
