#'s are conflicting on this monster, most info says it's only 14' and found in Florida in 2001, where the e-mail claims to have found him in Texas.

That pic has been going around the 'net so your guess is as good as anybody else's. I even found the same pic in the photo gallery for an African safari company. I know it's not from there though - you can tell from the shape of it's jaw that it is an alligator, but they don't have 'gators in Africa, only crocodiles.

Saw this photo waaaay back and i'm pretty sure they said it was from the everglades,but that doesn't prove squat!

Looks like the shadows under the tail have some smoothing.
