I've never seen a radiator with 9 eyes before. Your battery is disconnected. I like the clothespin. Very classy. smiling

This isn't actually my car; it's a "Truly Nolen" car I saw parked along the highway a couple of years ago. My car was functional, battery hooked up and no clothespins, but this gives a good idea of what one of these looked like under the hood as produced (and aged for many years), right down to the oil bath air filter. And the unseen oil filter was the canister type with the filter being a cartridge which was slipped into a permanent canister that was bolted to the engine with a single, long, hexhead bolt through the center of the cannister & cartridge.

I couldn't believe it but that 04 Chevy I worked on recently had a cartridge oil filter too! That's the 1st one I'd seen on a car since the early 60s (*facepalm*)

I bet there's a spare clothespin in there somewhere too!
