Actually, this is a sign of high intelligence.
This redneck figured out non-standard measurements. The person taking this
picture, ironically, doesn't understand that this is the type of measurement
that started standardized measurements. Non-standard measurements are an
under-taught lesson in schools. (BTW: I work in the department of education.)
