Wonder if that is real. People in Utah, even Mormons, know that beer has
alcohol.
Since it's watered down to 3% you
may be in doubt about it's alcohol content if you get Utah beer and you are from
another state!

sadly it's watered down here as well.
after i wrote this i decided to look up on wiki and saw this part

seriously..how screwed up is my state to actually prohibit cold alcohol.

yeap, when I lived in Minnesota I had to go to the liquor store to get
"strong" beer...

Yep, many years back when I was workin in mints state I found their beer
regulations quite odd. At that time when you went to the "package
stores" to get your "strong beer" they didn even offer any of the
common beers, and yep you had to buy it at room temperature, and .... every
single bottle or can had a sticker on it saying Strong Beer. But, you could get
that damned piss water 3.2 stuff anytime you wanted and just damned near
everywhere .... cold as ice

Colorado recently passed legislation that allows liquor stores to be open 7
days a week - even on Sundays. Grocery and convenience stores are working on
getting permission to sell "full strength" beer since there is very
little demand for 3.2 now that people can go to liquor stores whenever they
want. Now if we can just legalize pot ...
