Welfare checks will be handed out on Fridays, at the end of a 40 hour school
week and after passing a urinealysis.

People will need to have jobs to pay everything they make in taxes to the
governement so they can afford to give us all those free handouts.
So basically we will all be working, for no pay, for a black man, in exchange
for free room, board and medical attention.
It took them several hundred years but they are finally going to reverse slavery
back on us white folks and get their revenge!
