I beleive it is important to keep in mind that under law he is innocent until proven guilty. That said, in cases like this there is usually little doubt. While I beleive he needs to be afforded some rights as an innocent man for now, if he is found guilty there is no punishement that will be sufficient to match what he did to that poor innocent and defenseless kid and there is no punishment he could receive (from the justice system or otherwise) that would make me feel any remorse for him!
