No shit. I drove one of the first gen BMW 745Li sedans with the wonderfully complex and ill conceived i-drive system. What a clusterfuck...using the joystick controller to navigate through many layers of menus and jogging between the audio, nav, and climate control systems I realized that I wasn't even watching the road for 10 minutes.
