Don't take this to hard you hosers, but, Canada-1, I'm not even for the war but if you weren't attatched to the USA you wouldn't still be Canada, you guys may have complaints about the US, but you should show some respect, oh yeah and make sure to tell everyone how they can cruise up to, what is it?, Montreal? and smoke some fat ones instead of going to jail for a couple of years.

Well, you just don't get if you don't want to get it and you sure want to attribute the distribution of deaths which directly correlate to the population distribution of America to something that is exactly what?????????

There are more people living in Los Angeles than in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho COMBINED. So what the f**k would the distribution of American servicemen in general look like? And, thusly, the percentage of deaths.

Does this bother you? Fine, then don't join the Armed Forces and then your sorry a$$ will be safe. Remember, these folks joined VOLUNTARILY. You DIDN'T.
