Ain't nothin' wrong with either. Forget all that so-called "Chistian" dogmatic hoseshit. Jesus ain't about some big-assed "holy" book, church buildings and following all sorts of stupid rules. He ain't about havin' someone else tell you how to think, feel and live. He's about being honest, following your own heart and mind, and being the person you really are.

I'll take Jesus, Oh and some weed to. BlahX3, I dont like what most churches preach about Jesus. Christians, inadvertantly drive away more people with the way they carry themselves. Jesus hung out with the prostitutes and tax collectors and he deffinatly did not exclude people from his preaching. I have my own idea of what God expects from me. When god created man in his image, christians in general tend to think he did not have a sense of humor, anger, lust, or drive. When I understood what being cristian was about it just put all these things in perspective. I do believe in Jesus Christ though, son of God. Just not alot of the other stuff they beat you with. God gave me a conscience that works, thats all I need to know when Im wrong.

mrkim ~ LOL! That's the point, isn't it? Some like to have an imaginaion about things they don't understand. If it helps them stay centered and be better than they might be otherwise, what's the harm in that?

F_D ~ Here's a cute story for ya...
A man was talking with God and asked, "Lord, what is time to you?" God answered, "A million years is like just a second to Me." The man asked, "What is money to You?" God said, "A million dollars is just like a penny to Me." The man then asked, "Lord, may I have please have a penny, then?" "Sure," said God, "Just a second..."

Don't get me wrong people, I am not religeous at all, I just don't reject sage advice just because so-called followers of such figures use it as an excuse to be assholes. There's nothing wrong with Jesus. There is definitely many things wrong with "Christians", though.

The dogmatic BS along with religons propensity for its use to mask psychotic behaviours in the name of whomevers "God" is what turned me off to the whole shootin match.
Bein a good person and living life to the benefit of those around me is all that matters to me.
I've really never understood the concept of "worship" of any God. It seems so very vain that an entity supposedly so filled with love and omnipotence would require that they be worshipped at all by !
To me, a seemingly good analogy for such would equate to ants being required to worship humans :>winking

and why in hell is the church tax exempt? the power the church wields because of not paying taxes is frightening.

fd: the church is tax exempt because it is doing the state's work and keeping people dumb and making sure they follow authority figures. Since the state benefits from this, they tip their hat to the religious organizations for it.

Or did you have a humorous answer?
