Please, mcboresky, it's all over now so can we drop all these tedious football pictures? The whole procedure was a farce, anyway, with so many matches, including the final, depending on penalty shoot-outs that they might just as well have tossed a coin instead of actually playing...thus saving the rest of us from weeks of boredom.

I'm not a fan of soccer/football/whateverthefuck, but mkcerusky has as much right to post his pics as anyone else you whiny little shit stains...

thanks pro_junior they are probably only jelous because they country (unknown) didn't win the cup.
Beside this, I only try to share with you everyday life seen from my perspective, and baing italian it includes also events like the world cup, expecially when we win it smiling
smiley.
There are many images posted on plus613 that I am not intersted in, but I simply don't watch them and do not comment saying that they are boring. Fortunately we are not all interested in the same things otherwise we would be all the same person.
Examples of pictures I am not interested in? All those picture of facts or persons that are famous in USA (or maybe in Australia) and that are totally unknown in Italy and maybe even in Europe. And I am not particularly intersted even in all those pictures concerning war/army/weapons (excluded some of them that show us the life of soldiers during their missions), but this doesn't mean that I go around commenting on the fat that they are boring.
We are lucky that we can choose to watch a picture or to ignore it: if you are not interested in a picture, just ignore it, you won't die for this.

Italy is still a pit.

B.S. Italy is a beautiful country full of culture, architecture and history.

i agree that if you don't like a picture it's real easy not to click it, but if you feel compelled to give a negative comment or vote realize that you are only making yourself look infantile and quite the bore.

Can this really be f_d accusing others of being bores? People who live in glass houses...........and why is it infantile to make a negative comment? It certainly seems justified when someone floods the site with images on the same theme; =that= looks pretty infantile and boring from my point of view.

To show what is happening around the world is infantile? ...curious...then all the journalists of the world are infantile, interesting point of view

Show what is happening around the world? We've been =inundated= with football shit for weeks. Why do you think you need to add to our knowledge? Besides, I don't think that was a_a's point: one or two pics would have been fine but those of us who don't like football get irritated by the sheer number on the same subject. It's the same with your "sunrise" pics - a couple of them were extremely good but, again, too many.

This seem to be degenerating into a DCBeast “If you disagree with me, it proves you are wrong” style of argument. Some of us regard your obsession with football as a form of insanity. You may, in turn , regard us as heretics for even thinking that but we each have a right to express those opinions and it is not necessarily infantile to do so; what is infantile is to denigrate those who disagree, as fossil_digger did -negative comments are as valid as any. I have to agree with some of the comments above about quantity: quality is more important and, in many instances, less would, indeed be more – some uploaders have descended to the level of pictorial spammers.

1. I didn't write that any one is infantile.
2. as people have the right to say that my pictures are boring, I have the same right to explain why I post this pictures and why I think thy could be of interest, this doesn't mean I want to be right and that I want all hte people to like my pictures.
3. to post picture of painted supporters (as most of the pictures you are talking about are) doesn't mean I am obsessed with football. If I was obsessed as you say, I would have posted pictures of players or match actions.
4. I didn't post any judgment on people here, while you are judging me when you say t I am obsessed or that I am infantile.
5. You all are taking this too much seriously, I only think that no-one is obliged to watch all the pictures. Besides if you want to watch also boring pictures, you can still vote them with a single star, so they will be deleted at next clean up (I guess).
6. Concerning my sunrise, it is not 5 random pictures of sunrises, it is a story, instead of providing you a movie of the same sunrise, I provided you with 5 (not 100!!!) pictures showing the sun slowing raising up. I took these pictures personally, also to bring them to plus613, it is something you should appreciate, even if you don't like them.
7. None of you had provided examples of pictures that they don't find boring.
8. Plus613 has a filter, if you find sports pictures boring, don't watch them. If you don't like landscapes pictures, don't watch them: you can chose to watch the category you prefere.
9. If you think that I am a spammer then ask the administrators to ban me from the site, and to remove all my pictures.

Ah, one last comment, each picture I posted concerning the world cup was telling a story, if you review them, reading the titles, you will find the story of the matches and information on who went on the tournament and on who left it, turn after turn.
Just to inform you that there was a logic behind it.

fossil... you fucking amaze me. You leave a negative comment on how negative comments are infantile and boring.

mkcerusky... keep posting everything that you feel compelled to. Although I wasn't into your football posts I really liked the sunset series. I am here to see original pictures and you post some of the better ones.

Italians are cool. They make the best wines, awesome food, fast cars and motorcycles, great handbags and shoes. All this in a country shaped like a boot, with some of the most beautiful coastline and scenery anywhere on the planet. Hell, what's not to like? I don't much care for soccer, but then I'm sure they're not interested in our Superbowl, either.
